In this episode, Toni Horne, a neurodiversity consultant, coach, keynote speaker, and newly published children's book author, shares her journey from a 17-year banking career to becoming a passionate advocate for neurodivergent individuals. 

Toni discusses her work with neurodiversity support groups, including a community interest company aimed at preparing young adults for the workforce.
